Refund Policy
At Rochelle Vancura LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional home decor and interior design services. Your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
- Consultation Fees
All consultation fees (virtual or in-person) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, we may reschedule at no additional charge.
- Design Services
Refunds for design services (Starter Style Plan, Signature Space Plan, Full Home Harmony, etc.) are subject to the following terms:
Before Work Begins:
If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no design work has started, a full refund will be issued.
After Work Begins:
Once we’ve started work on your project (design concepts, layout planning, product sourcing, etc.), partial refunds may be considered based on how much work has been completed. A 25% service charge will apply to cover administrative and time investment costs.
After Project Delivery:
No refunds will be issued after the final design or service deliverables have been sent or installed.
- Product Sourcing & Recommendations
We may recommend third-party products (furniture, décor, artwork, etc.) as part of your design plan. Rochelle Vancura LLC is not responsible for the return, refund, or exchange of items purchased through third-party vendors. Please review the vendor’s return policy directly.
- Add-On Services
All payments for add-on services (art curation, seasonal styling, personal shopping) are final and non-refundable once the service has been initiated or scheduled.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule a consultation or pause a project, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.
